Work that comes back as a document, not a chat reply

Ask for a report and you get a page: a published document with its own link, built from the live accounts rather than pasted out of a conversation.

The problem

The answer is in a chat window nobody else can open

A good answer that lives in your assistant's transcript still has to be copied, reformatted and pasted somewhere before anyone else can read it. That last step is where most of it dies.

Hosted at a URL

Shared with someone who has no account.

Its own data

A scoped collection behind it, not a static page.

Workspace or public

You choose who can open it.

Revised, not rebuilt

Ask for a change and the revision goes up.

What it does

Published, with a link

Workspace-only for the team, or public for someone outside it. The link is the deliverable.

Built from the real records

Written out of the connected accounts, so the figures in it point at something.

Draft until you say so

Nothing is visible to anyone else until it is published, and it can be archived without being deleted.

Asked for in chat, or written by hand

A page can come out of a conversation or be created directly. Both end in the same object.

  • Every page carries whether it came from chat or was written manually
  • Content is scanned before it is published, and anything flagged is surfaced rather than silently stripped
  • Publishing is a separate step from creating, so a draft is never reachable by a link
