Knowledge

Company knowledge that keeps its receipts

Facts are extracted from the tools you already use and stored as typed entries, each pointing back at the message, document or record it came from.

The problem

A wiki goes stale because keeping it current is nobody's job

Documentation is written for a person reading top to bottom, and it rots the moment the thing it describes changes. Meanwhile the current answer does exist, in a thread from Tuesday that nobody will ever find again.

Refunds above $500 need a second approver. Anything under $500 the support lead can issue directly.

What it does

Extracted, not written

Decisions, policies, processes, ownership and open questions are pulled out of what your company already produces.

Sourced

Every entry carries its evidence, so an answer can show the thread or document it came from rather than asking to be believed.

Reconciled

When a fact changes, the old version is marked superseded rather than quietly overwritten, and conflicts are recorded as conflicts.

What happens to the raw content

Extracted knowledge is what persists. The source material does not.

  • Source content is purged on a rolling 90-day cycle
  • Conversation transcripts synced from an AI client are discarded as soon as knowledge has been extracted
  • A human correction wins permanently and is never undone by reprocessing
  • Entries can be scoped to one person, a department, a room, or everyone, and the check runs when they are read
