Pricing, answered plainly
- What is a Brain Credit?
- The unit of AI work. Asking a question, running a skill, and extracting knowledge from a synced document all draw from the same monthly allowance. Reading and browsing your own data costs nothing.
- What happens when I run out?
- AI features pause until the period resets — nothing is deleted and no card is charged automatically. Your knowledge, companions, and connections stay exactly as they were.
- Do I need a card for the free tier?
- No. The free tier is genuinely free and does not expire.
- How does Team billing work?
- Team is $20 per seat per month with a 3-seat minimum, so $60/month is the floor. Credits pool across the whole organisation rather than being locked per person.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, in either direction. Upgrades take effect immediately and keep the usage you have already spent this period; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Is annual actually cheaper?
- Yes — annual is priced at ten months, so two are free.
