Three things a paste cannot do

Permissions: a prompt cannot enforce that one person sees a salary discussion and another does not. Those three are not effort problems, and no amount of care fixes them.

When pasting is still the right move

- Anything involving material you should not connect to a third-party system at all.
- Before you have connected anything. This is a real and reasonable starting point, and it is how you find out whether the AI is any good at your kind of question in the first place.
