When the wiki is the right place
- Anything that needs careful, deliberate wording: a policy, a contract summary, an onboarding path someone will read end to end.
- Content with a real owner who will keep it current. Automation is for the knowledge nobody has time to maintain, not the knowledge somebody is already maintaining well.
