Indexbrain + Telegram
CommunicationAPI key4 read, 8 writePro and Team
Telegram connects via a bot token from @BotFather — no background sync. The bot can only message users who have /started it first. Skills can read chat info/updates and send messages, photos, documents, and polls.
Every Telegram action
Each action is set independently to always allow, ask every time, or disabled. The mode below is the default before anyone changes anything.

| Get chattelegram.get_chat | read | Always allow |
| Get metelegram.get_me | read | Always allow |

Every write stops for a human
Write actions are off entirely until an admin turns them on, and even then each one halts the run and asks before it happens. There is no auto-approve mode anywhere in the product, on any plan. Disabling an action goes further: it is never offered to the model, so it cannot be asked for.
Connecting it
01
Connect Telegram
Paste an API key. It is encrypted at rest and never shown again.
02
Choose what it may do
Set each action to always allow, ask, or disabled. Reads are allowed by default; writes ask.
03
Ask
From the Indexbrain dashboard, or from Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Codex, or Slack over MCP and REST.
Connect Telegram and ask it something
The free tier includes three integrations, needs no card, and does not expire.
