Notion only syncs pages you explicitly granted access to during setup. To add new pages, go to your Notion settings → Connections → Indexbrain → edit access. Tip: keep all pages inside one parent folder so new pages are automatically included.

Every Notion action

Each action is set independently to always allow, ask every time, or disabled. The mode below is the default before anyone changes anything.

Every write stops for a human

Write actions are off entirely until an admin turns them on, and even then each one halts the run and asks before it happens. There is no auto-approve mode anywhere in the product, on any plan. Disabling an action goes further: it is never offered to the model, so it cannot be asked for.
