Fireflies syncs meeting transcripts and summaries. Get your API key from Fireflies Settings → Developer Settings. For live sync, paste the callback URL into Fireflies' own webhook settings and add the matching secret here — Fireflies doesn't support registering a webhook via API. Note: Fireflies' free tier has a low daily request limit, which may slow syncing.

Each action is set independently to always allow, ask every time, or disabled. The mode below is the default before anyone changes anything.
