Apollo syncs saved contacts (name, title, email, company) using an API key. Get it from Apollo Settings → Integrations → API. Skills can also search Apollo's global people/company database, manage your CRM contacts/accounts/tasks, and enroll contacts in sequences.

Every Apollo action

Each action is set independently to always allow, ask every time, or disabled. The mode below is the default before anyone changes anything.

Every write stops for a human

Write actions are off entirely until an admin turns them on, and even then each one halts the run and asks before it happens. There is no auto-approve mode anywhere in the product, on any plan. Disabling an action goes further: it is never offered to the model, so it cannot be asked for.
